Mark Pekala

Mark Pekala is a product leader within Broadridge’s Fixed Income Product Management group, where he has spent the past six years driving innovation and delivering measurable results for clients across the fixed income landscape as Product Manager for our flagship fixed income post trade engine, impact. He has also played a key role in advancing Broadridge’s market leading Distributed Ledger Repo (DLR) product. Mark also serves as General Manager of Broadridge’s FX and Liquidity solution.

Operating at the intersection of technology and operations, Mark focuses on transforming post-trade functions that are often vulnerable to inefficiencies and operational risk. He is known for developing scalable, value-creating solutions that help clients modernize infrastructure, improve resiliency, and achieve stronger business outcomes.

Prior to joining Broadridge, Mark spent 13 years at Société Générale, where he held a range of senior leadership roles, including COO of Operations for the Americas and Head of Fixed Income Middle Office Operations. Earlier in his career, he held prime brokerage and operations roles at J.P. Morgan and Commerzbank, building deep expertise across capital markets.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New York University Tandon School of Engineering.
