Mark P. Fisher

Mark P. Fisher is General Counsel of Stifel Financial Corp., with responsibility for the firm’s legal, compliance, and internal audit functions. Mr. Fisher joined Stifel in 2010 following its acquisition of Thomas Weisel Partners, where he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Thomas Weisel Partners, Mr. Fisher was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York. Mr. Fisher earned an A.B. from Stanford University, a Ph.D. in Economics from University of Chicago, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School and is a member of the New York state bar.
