Mariam Rafi
Managing Director, Global Head of Clearing and FXPB, Citi
Mariam Rafi leads Citi’s efforts to provide clients access to Futures and OTC clearing and FX Prime Brokerage. She oversees three market leading franchises that service Citi’s top clients, across futures, interest rates, credit, and foreign exchange derivatives. In this capacity she also oversees capital and liquidity optimization for the business.
Ms Rafi joined Citi from Deutsche Bank where she was a Director in the Systemic Risk Management group. Prior to this role Ms. Rafi was a credit derivatives structurer and trader at DB. She graduated summa cum laude with a BSc. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and also received an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School.
