Manuela is a highly experienced professional with more than 25 years of expertise in the financial services industry. She has led the Americas region for Global Banking and Markets as well as Wealth Management at prestigious firms such as Merrill Lynch, Midland Bank and HSBC.

In her current role at Exadel Inc., Manuela serves as the Head of Account Management, where she collaborates with global clients to strategize and execute their transformational needs while ensuring strong execution. Her extensive background and thought leadership have enabled her to achieve credible and trusted relationships with her clients and partners. 

She is well versed in Operations and technological enablement, promoting cost control, organizational efficiencies and risk management.
