
Lucy Brusco
Lucy Brusco is Head of Treasury Legal at Morgan Stanley, including Recovery and Resolution, Firm Financing, Credit Support, Inter-affiliate Funding and Restructurings.
Practice areas have also included Mergers and Acquisitions and Global Capital Markets.
Lucy began her legal career at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson. Lucy is a graduate of Fordham Law School and was an adjunct faculty member, co-teaching a course on resolving conflict with Professor John Feerick, chair of the Feerick Center of Social Justice at Fordham Law School and former Dean of the law school. She received the Fordham Law Alumni Association Governor Malcom Wilson Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2016, the first woman to receive the award. Lucy served as a member of the Archdiocesan Advisory Council, established by Timothy Cardinal Dolan, Archbishop of New York and received the St. Thomas Moore Award established by the Lawyers Division of the Cardinal’s Committee in 2022.
