Liz Day

Liz Day is Associate General Counsel at Invesco, Ltd., where she advises the Private Markets team on regulatory matters, strategic initiatives and governance for private funds and registered products. She also serves as General Counsel for Invesco Real Estate Income Trust and Invesco Commercial Real Estate Finance Trust, two externally managed REITs. Previously, Liz practiced at Jones Day and Bracewell, focusing on capital markets transactions, securities law, and corporate governance.

Liz earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, her M.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, and her B.A. in history from Davidson College. She is a member of the Women’s Bond Club, Attorneys Serving the Community, and Invesco Women’s Network.
