Linda W. Filardi
Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Flagstar Bank
Linda is Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Flagstar Bank, responsible for lending activities in commercial and private banking. She has over 20 years of experience in executive legal roles at Fortune 100 companies, including GE Capital and Capital One Bank.
Linda serves as a regent for the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers and chairs the ABA Committee on Asset-Based Lending. She is also active in political advocacy for financial lending as a board member of the Loan Syndicated Trading Association’s Political Action Committee.
A lifelong philanthropist, Linda has been involved in numerous nonprofit initiatives, including educational and healthcare projects in the U.S. and abroad. She holds a JD Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University, an MA from Johns Hopkins, and a BA from SUNY Plattsburgh.
Linda resides in NYC and Quogue with her family.
