
Leticia Vandehaar
Head of Regulatory Investigations, Citigroup, Inc.
Leticia is the Head of Regulatory Investigations for Citigroup, Inc., overseeing a team that provides legal advice on a broad range of regulatory and law enforcement inquiries and related investigations initiated by federal and state regulators and agencies and other self-regulatory organizations including, for example, the DOJ, SEC, CFTC, and FINRA. The Regulatory Investigations team also handles internal investigations, particularly in connection with ethics complaints, whistleblower escalations, and potential violations of Citi’s internal policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Citi, Leticia was a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey where she served in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions and in the Front Office as the Chief of Staff to the U.S. Attorney. Prior to her government service, Leticia was a litigation associate in the New York offices of Alston & Bird and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Leticia began her career as a Law Clerk to a federal District Court judge in Missouri.
A native Nebraskan, Leticia is a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University and Creighton University School of Law.
