Leonard (Len) Belvedere

Len Belvedere brings extensive experience in the financial services industry to his role at Chicago Clearing Corporation, where he serves as Vice President of Business Development.

Prior to joining CCC, Len was Senior Vice President at FII/FTS and served as Chief Executive Officer of INVeSHARE, an innovative provider of regulated shareholder communications. He previously held senior leadership roles at American Stock Transfer as Vice President of Annual Meeting and Print & Mail Services. Earlier in his career, Len gained broad industry expertise through positions at Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Depository Trust Company, Prudential Securities, Bank of America, and JP Morgan Hedge Fund Services.

A recognized leader in corporate actions, Len is a past President of the Corporate Actions Section of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Operations and Technology Society and has served on the Corporate Actions Board since 1994.

Len earned his degree from Boston University, majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Government and Public Affairs, and is also a Dale Carnegie Graduate.
