Leigh Shea is Managing Director and Deputy Chief Counsel at Charles Schwab & Co., where she leads the Regulatory Practice Group and oversees the firm’s enforcement portfolio. She and her team manage and successfully resolve a broad range of regulatory investigations—both public and non‑public—and serve as trusted advisors across the company. Prior to Schwab, Leigh spent nearly nine years at TD Ameritrade, providing regulatory counsel across multiple business areas. She began her career at the Chicago Board of Trade and later worked in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Trading and Markets, Office of Financial Responsibility. Leigh holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from The Catholic University of America.
