Leann currently serves as Senior Vice President of the Depositary Receipts group at Globe Tax Services, LLC (GlobeTax). With more than a decade of financial services experience Leann oversees risk mitigation as well as supporting the department in allocating dividend payments for non- US securities complete with foreign withholding tax relief. In her career at GlobeTax Leann has focused on technology enhancements, process standardization and process improvements for the ever-evolving foreign tax landscape.
Leann holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. She is expected to graduate with an MBA from the Yale School of Management in 2025.
