Laura Jacques

Laura Jacques, Vice President, currently oversees Global Trade, Derivative, Loan and ETF Middle Office Operations at Fidelity Investments. She has been with the firm for over 20 years holding various roles within the Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations division. With a passion for leading change, she has led many strategic initiatives for the firm including Agile transformation, Operations Global Site Strategy, and most recently the Front and Middle Office readiness for the Uncleared Margin Rule at Fidelity and T+1. She received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Vermont and her Master of Business Administration from Simmons College in Boston. Laura holds a positions on the SIMFA AMG Ops Leadership Forum, DTCC ITP Americas Advisory Council, Invest Ops Advisory Council. Laura also recently joined the ISITC Board of Directors. At Fidelity Laura serves on the Leadership board for the Enable Employee Resource Group at Fidelity which advocates to create a positive and inclusive experience for all affected by seen and unseen disabilities. Laura lives in the Boston area with her husband and three daughters.
