Laura A. Grogan O’Mara

Laura Grogan O’Mara is Director, Business Strategy & Intelligence Manager on the Retirement Research & Insights team of the Workplace Benefits group at Bank of America. She is responsible for developing retirement savings policy initiatives as well as managing legislative and regulatory proposals as they impact employer plans in large, corporate and small markets. She has consulted on employer retirement plan issues and IRAs and has more than 30 years of experience in the retirement and financial services industry. Ms. Grogan-O’Mara represents Bank of America Merrill Lynch at SIFMA where she is the current Co-Chair of the SIFMA Retirement and Savings Committee, is also a member of the SPARK Government Relations Committee, as well as the Co-Chair of the EBRI Public Policy Advisory Council. Ms. Grogan-O’Mara holds a BA from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN.
