Kyle Severinsen

Kyle Severinsen is a Senior Consultant (Second Vice President) within the Partnership Servicing Group at Northern Trust, where he focuses on division strategy, operational efficiencies and change management. He earned a Bachelor of Management from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Elmhurst University. Driven by a passion for continuous learning and professional development, Kyle is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with an expected graduation date in June. During his time at Kellogg his concentrations are in Marketing and Strategy. Prior to his current responsibilities, he held roles within Corporate Strategy, Custody, Trade Settlements and the Leadership Development Program. Throughout his career, Kyle has consistently demonstrated a talent for strategic thinking and problem-solving, leveraging his expertise to drive tangible improvements. His ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and levels of the organization is the most pivotal factor when implementing sustainable change. As Kyle continues to advance in his career and education, he remains focused on leveraging his skills to drive innovation, foster colleagues’ growth, and create value for internal and external stakeholders.

Outside of his professional endeavors, he is known to be on a golf course or in a gym coaching youth basketball. Whether mentoring aspiring professionals or volunteering for charitable causes, Kyle has an internal commitment to making a positive impact both inside and outside the workplace.
