Kimberly Gonzales is the Head of Strategic Solutions at Elliott Management Corporation, where she has built a 30-year career focused on operational excellence and team development. She oversees the Undergraduate Internship Program and Elliott’s Women’s Group, and serves as the Middle Office and Finance representative for Business Continuity Planning. Kimberly also co-manages a team responsible for derivative and private settlements, leveraging her deep institutional expertise and collaborative leadership style. Outside of work, she is married with two grown children and two rescue pups, and is passionate about mentorship, teamwork, and building a strong, inclusive culture.
