Kevin Fitzgerald

Kevin Fitzgerald is an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and leads the Prime Broker Margin Department, which supports cash and margin activities for the firm’s hedge fund clients across cash and OTC products. Prior to his current role, he managed multiple Operations functions at JPM, including Retail Margin, Money Market Operations, Cashiers, and Statements and Confirms.

Prior to joining the firm, he was a Managing Director at a predecessor company, serving as a credit officer providing margin loans to high-net-worth individuals secured by control/restricted stock and concentrated positions. He has been a member and leader of SIFMA’s Credit and Margin Section and a member of FINRA’s 4210 Committee for nearly two decades.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from Pace University and Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
