Keith Kelley

Head of Financial Crimes, Robinhood

Mr. Kelley is the Head of Financial Crimes at Robinhood and the AMLCO for RHF & RHS. In this role, Keith is responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of all AML, Sanctions, CTF and ABC controls across Robinhood’s portfolio of companies both in the U.S. and globally. Prior to taking over as Head of Financial Crimes in July 2024, Keith was the Head of Financial Crimes Governance and developed and maintained the risk-based AML, CTF, ABC and Sanctions programs for Robinhood in addition to establishing risk & controls processes, including risk assessments, policies and procedures, training and control testing, among others.

Prior to Robinhood, Keith was a Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman (“BBH”) and was the AMLCO / MLRO for BBH’s limited purpose broker-dealer, 40 Act Funds, U.S. and Cayman-based Private Funds, and UCITs and the Deputy MLRO for BBH’s Cayman Trust Co. In addition, Keith was part of the Risk Assessment Program group and oversaw aspects of risk management, risk assessments, policies and procedures and training, among others. Mr. Kelley also has progressive compliance experience at firms such as Morgan Stanley, State Street, and J.P. Morgan, among others.

Keith has a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a BA in Political Science and BBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
