Kathy Metcalfe is a Senior Project Manager with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., where she has over 30 years of experience in operational and project management roles.
She has successfully managed and supported a wide range of high-impact industry initiatives, including ACATS Re-Write, ACATS Shortened Cycle, Cost Basis Reporting Service, Options Symbology, B52 Generation, DRS Automation, and the Removal of Settle Prep Status. She is currently playing a key role in the DRS and ACATS Modernization projects.
Prior to joining Charles Schwab, Kathy worked in the Savings and Loan industry as an Assistant Branch Manager and later at the corporate headquarters, gaining valuable operational and leadership experience.
Kathy is also a member of the SIFMA CAT Leadership Team and actively participates in several industry subcommittees
