Karena Neubauer serves as SVP, Associate General Counsel and Head of Regulatory Enforcement, at LPL Financial. Ms. Neubauer leads a team of attorneys who represent LPL in enforcement and for-cause investigations and proceedings before regulators. Before joining LPL, Ms. Neubauer was Counsel at a law firm in New York where she represented financial institutions and individuals in state, federal, and non-governmental regulatory matters. She attended Boston College Law School and Boston College.
