Justin Pica

Justin Pica is an Assistant Director in the Office of Market Supervision within the SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets. In this capacity, Mr. Pica supports the SEC in its oversight of U.S. securities exchanges and self-regulatory organizations, and in addressing issues involving equity, options, fixed income, and security-based swap market structure. Prior to joining the SEC, Mr. Pica led product management and policy development for the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s market transparency services. Mr. Pica received a B.S. degree from Fordham University and an M.B.A from George Washington University.
