Justin Millette

Justin Millette is an Associate General Counsel & Director at Bank of America where he supports the retail broker-dealer and investment advisory businesses of Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc.  Among other areas, Justin advises on issues related to providing services digitally, electronic delivery, electronic signature, social media, margin lending, and the tools used by both associates and clients.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Justin was an associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP where he represented broker-dealers and other financial institutions in litigation and regulatory enforcement matters.

Justin obtained his J.D. from Boston College Law School, and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
