Justin McCormack is senior vice president and Global Head of Digital Legal at State Street Bank and Trust Company. Justin works closely with senior management on digital asset regulatory matters and is responsible for overseeing a global team of attorneys supporting State Street’s digital businesses and initiatives, including fund accounting and administration for digital assets, tokenization, and digital asset custody, as well as general investment services and data intelligence businesses. Before joining State Street, Justin was a senior associate with Ropes & Gray, LLP, a global law firm headquartered in Boston, MA, where his practice focused on private equity transactions and fund formations as well as general securities law matters.
Justin earned an undergraduate degree in economics from Hamilton College and a JD/MBA from the Duke University School of Law and the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
