Juli Smith serves as the Chief Legal Officer of Barclays Capital Inc., Barclays’ U.S. registered broker-dealer, and serves as the Head of Barclays U.S. Bank Regulatory Legal, a team of senior bank regulatory attorneys who provide advisory, execution and advocacy work on the full scope of U.S. bank regulatory issues for Barclays entities.
Juli received a J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law in 1997, a Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs in 1997 and an undergraduate degree from Brown University in 1992.
