Joshua Uhl

Josh is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s financial services practice and specializes in advising wealth managers, broker-dealers and registered investment advisors on business, operational, product, strategy and regulatory topics, including mergers, acquisitions, new business launches, sales practices, advisory services, supervision, trading, supporting technology and operational structures.

Josh has advised many of North America’s leading financial services organizations on the transformation of their business and service models, as well as their risk, oversight, supervision and surveillance functions with the objective of increasing efficiency and effectiveness through more holistic approaches using enhanced analytics and technology capabilities.

Additionally, Josh has a leadership role in Deloitte’s Center for Regulatory Strategies where he is the business lead for Capital Markets. Josh has worked in the financial services industry for the past 20 years and prior to joining Deloitte Joshua was with FINRA’s department of Member Regulation.
