Jordan D. Maglich is a Sr. Assistant General Counsel at Raymond James Financial where he handles a wide range of litigation matters involving the firm across the country. Prior to joining Raymond James in 2022, Jordan was in private practice at Wiand Guerra King, Quarles & Brady, and most recently Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney. In addition to his experience in securities litigation and financial services matters, Jordan has extensive experience representing receivers appointed in state and federal civil enforcement matters involving investment fraud and Ponzi schemes. He is a past President of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Jordan obtained his JD/MBA from the University of Miami and attended college at the University of Florida.
