Jordan Kloin

Jordan Kloin is the Global Head of Credit, Municipals and Securitized Products Oversight Compliance at Barclays Investment Bank, a full-service global investment bank.  In this role, Mr. Kloin is responsible for leading the firm’s compliance risk management program and for promoting a culture of compliance and high integrity throughout the firm.  Mr. Kloin and his global team manage compliance risk supporting all aspects of the wholesale conduct and customer protection laws, rules, regulations and best practices pertaining to trading, sales, origination, structuring, lending, financing, and controls for the full suite of securities, derivatives, and loan products utilized by the global Credit and Securitized Product businesses.  Prior to this role, Mr. Kloin was the Head of Markets Oversight Compliance for Barclays Europe based in Paris, France.  He and his team were responsible for compliance risk management activities for the Barclays Europe Markets business throughout the European Union for all asset classes. He earned a B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland—College Park and a J.D. from the New York Law School.
