Jonathan R. Cyprys

Jonathan R. Cyprys is a litigator at Greenberg Traurig, LLP who brings a practical, strategic approach to complex financial disputes and regulatory matters. His practice focuses on representing clients in the financial services space in various types of civil litigation as well as SEC and DOJ government enforcement investigations, internal investigations, securities and commodities fraud, white collar defense, and broker-dealer arbitration and regulatory issues. Jon represents investment banks, broker-dealers and their registered representatives, and public and private companies in matters involving insider trading, market manipulation, AML, micro-cap transactions, antitrust concerns, and supervisory and reporting issues.
