John Kincade

John Kincade is a Securities Principal at Bressler, Amery & Ross, and the Managing Principal of Bressler’s Texas offices.

With 35+ years of trial, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement experience, John represents a wide range of financial services clients in all levels of federal and state courts, regulatory proceedings, and arbitration, including FINRA and AAA. He also represents individual and business clients in complex litigation matters.

John is a member of the Texas State Bar College, a Fellow of the Texas and Dallas Bar Foundations, and active in the Dallas Bar Association, serving on the Courthouse Committee.

After graduation, John served as a briefing attorney to the Texas Supreme Court. He graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law with distinction. While at St. Mary’s, he was an Articles & Symposium Editor for the St. Mary’s Law Journal. John received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
