John Bersin

John is Managing Director, Head of Digital Direct Litigation for E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley. He has worked in financial services litigation for thirty years.  He is a graduate of Fordham University, New York Law School and the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Law School.
