Executive Director, Bank Regulatory Legal, Morgan Stanley
Jennifer is an Executive Director and leads the Bank Regulatory Legal team at Morgan Stanley that is responsible for advising the firm’s divisions on U.S. banking law. The group advises the firm globally on U.S. bank and bank holding company regulations and their impact on the firm’s operations and product offerings.
Jennifer joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to Morgan Stanley, she was part of the Bank Regulatory Legal team at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and, prior to JPMorgan Chase & Co, an associate in Davis Polk’s Financial Institutions Group.
Jennifer received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from Colgate University.
