Jennifer Jacoby

Jennifer Jacoby is Executive Director for Government Affairs at Morgan Stanley, where she drives strategic engagement on federal policy issues impacting financial markets, banking, and emerging technologies. She brings a multidisciplinary background spanning legal practice, public policy, and advocacy.

Jennie began her career at WilmerHale, where she advised financial services clients on regulatory risk and enforcement matters. She is also a proud SIFMA alum, having served as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel in the Advocacy Group for several years. Most recently, Jennie was a senior director and counsel at Invariant, a bipartisan government relations and communications firm, where she advocated for clients on financial services issues and college sports. In addition to her private sector experience, she has held leadership roles at two non-profits, where she built coalitions and advanced legal and policy initiatives at the federal level. She is also a board member of the Autism Society of America.

Jennie is a graduate of Connecticut College and earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She is the proud mother of two children, Sage and Mack.
