Jennifer Ditzel Hammond serves as the Director of Securities Services at Robinhood, leading the teams responsible for Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions, Dividends, Proxy Services (Say Technologies) and Security Master. She brings nearly 15 years of experience in the finance industry, with a career almost entirely dedicated to corporate actions.

Jennifer began her career in traditional financial institutions before joining Robinhood nearly eight years ago, where she has played a pivotal role in scaling its securities services. Among her career highlights, she spearheaded Robinhood’s transition to self-clearing; successfully managing the complex conversion. She also built, designed, and launched the firm’s proprietary corporate actions processing system. Her expertise lies in bridging operational excellence with forward-looking technology, ensuring both resiliency and innovation in asset services. Jennifer is passionate about modernizing corporate actions and proxy processes to create more transparent and efficient experiences for investors and issuers alike.
