Jamie Healey-Waters

Jaime Healy-Waters is a Managing Director within Citi’s Markets Operations division and is located in London.

Jaime’s current responsibilities encompass Global Head of Cash Management Treasury Operations, and Global Head of OTC Derivative Operations. She also leads Citi’s Markets Operations Advocacy initiatives and representation, managing strategic industry wide programs.

Active in the securities post-trade industry, Jaime represents Citi Markets across a variety of trade associations and fora including AFME, ICMA and DTCC. She was also an active participant within the UK Accelerated Settlement Task Force.

Jaime has been with Citi for fifteen years and throughout that period has managed a variety of cross-product post-trade functions across both Operations and Technology including Securities Settlements, Cash Equities Middle Office, and Strategic Change Management. She previously had delivery responsibility for multiple industry wide regulatory initiatives such as BREXIT, CSDR, US T+1 and more recently US Treasury Clearing.

Prior to joining Citi, Jaime spent ten years with Lehman Brothers in London, having previously graduated from Kingston University with a BA Honours degree in Business Administration.

Jaime has 2 daughters. Olivia 19 and Isabella 8. Jaime enjoys travelling, is a very sociable outgoing person who enjoys spending time with family and friends.
