Iris M Levitt-Heit

Iris Levitt-Heit is Head of the Office of Regulation and Document Governance at JPMorgan Chase, where she leads strategic initiatives shaping the firm’s regulatory and governance landscape, inclusive of legal and regulatory change management for Risk Management & Compliance. Since joining JPMorgan Chase in 2013, Iris has advanced from Vice President to executive leadership, driving transformation across multiple teams. Her legal expertise spans in-house litigation roles at AIG and Zurich NA, as well as private practice. Iris holds dual B.A.s in Philosophy and Government from Franklin & Marshall College and a J.D. from New York Law School. She has contributed to the community as a Board Member for the Jamaica Center for Arts & Learning and as a teaching assistant at Columbia University. Iris resides on Long Island, NY with her family.
