Ileana Laureano

Ileana Laureano is a VP, Operations Manager GT&O at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. She has been with Bank of America/Merrill Lynch for 40 years. In her current role, she manages Dividends for the Americas, Canada and Latam regions. Previously, she worked as a CRT operator and in the Year- end Tax Reporting Services department at Merrill as well as worked with various teams to successfully migrate functions related to European markets to Dublin. Ileana has also worked as a Mentor with several associates within the Local Year=Up program as well as the Military analyst program. She is an active volunteer on SIFMA’s Corporate Actions Forum, serving as Co-Chair of the Dividends Working Group. Ileana is located in the Jacksonville, Florida office.
