Honey McMillan

Honey McMillan serves as Compliance Counsel for Stephens Inc., where she focuses on regulatory compliance, artificial intelligence, and third-party risk management. Ms. McMillan serves on the firm’s Vendor Governance Team, assisting with the evaluation and approval of AI tools across the organization, and on the Training Task Force, which develops and coordinates continuing education initiatives firmwide. She also leads the development and maintenance of the firm’s Compliance Risk Assessment, a comprehensive framework used to evaluate compliance practices across the organization. Prior to joining Stephens, Ms. McMillan was in private practice as the Director of Strategic Partnerships. Honey obtained her B.A. in International Relations from the University of Arkansas and her J.D. from the UA Little Rock Bowen School of Law.
