Hiromi Yamaji is the President and CEO of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. and Director and Representative Executive Officer, Group COO of the Japan Exchange Group, Inc. He joined the group in June 2013 as CEO of the Osaka Exchange, Inc., then he was appointment as the current role in April 2021.

Before joining the group, He served as Executive Vice President, and Head of Global Investment Banking at Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. During his career in Nomura, he served as CEO and Chairman of its overseas affiliates.

He graduated from Kyoto University, and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
