Helen Fermor is Chief Operating Officer of ICE Clear U.S., a wholly-owned clearing house of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE), and has 20 years of experience in the derivatives markets. Helen is responsible for the daily operations of the futures and options clearing house. Previously, she held a number of business development positions at ICE Clear Europe and ICE Clear Credit within credit default swap clearing. Helen holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham, England.
