Helen Fermor

Chief Operating Officer, ICE Clear U.S.

Helen Fermor is Chief Operating Officer of ICE Clear U.S., a wholly owned clearing house of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE). Helen is responsible for the daily operations of the futures and options clearing house. Most recently, Helen served as Senior Director of Program Management at Bakkt, a crypto firm offering trading and custody services. Previously, she held a number of product and business management positions at ICE Clear Europe and ICE Clear Credit within credit default swap clearing. Helen holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham, England.
