Heather Rosales, AIF®

Vice President, Senior Manager, Field Training & Development, RBC Wealth Management

Heather leads the Field Training & Development group at RBC Wealth Management. Heather and her team provide program management, coaching and accountability. They deliver learning opportunities for field leadership, financial advisors, and associates in both virtual and in-person settings. Additionally, they consult with internal partners and product owners to develop online learning modules via multiple modalities. Heather guides leaders and their teams using industry best practices, RBC Wealth Management tools, and coaching essentials. She champions the concept of “a leader in every seat” and is passionate about growing healthy and effective teams.

Heather joined RBC Wealth Management in March 2018. She has nearly 20 years of experience in financial services focused on leadership development, practice management, marketing, and the retirement plan business. Prior to RBC Wealth Management, Heather held leadership roles in consulting and at a national wealth management firm. Heather graduated from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois with her Bachelor of Arts degree in business management with a minor in organizational leadership. She holds her AIF® designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies®. Heather is a Pareto Certified Coach, a Certified Professional Behavior and Motivators (DISC) Analyst, and holds The Six Types of Working Genius Certification.

She also volunteers with BestPrep, a nonprofit organization focused on bringing business, financial and career skills to Minnesota youth through interactive classroom presentations and events. Heather and her husband, Edú, enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures. She also loves to unplug on the weekends exploring the woods and trails either hiking or horseback riding.
