Gloria Lio

Gloria Lio serves as Managing Director, Head of Enterprise Services at DTCC, where she is responsible for developing the organization’s strategy to maximize value for DTCC’s businesses, clients and the industry. In this role, Gloria leads DTCC’s shared Enterprise platforms, including Enterprise Business and Client Operations, Enterprise Data Solutions, the Enterprise Resiliency Office and Enterprise Digital Solutions. Gloria is also a member of the DTCC Executive Committee and the DTCC Political Action Committee Board.

In addition, Gloria’s responsibilities include oversight of the DTCC Regional Administrative Management Group, which is comprised of regional leadership teams and drives employee engagement while promoting standardization and consistency across DTCC offices globally, including the sharing of best practices. Gloria also serves as the interim head of the Chief Client Office, overseeing the firm’s client engagement strategy. Additionally, she is actively engaged with DTCC’s Employee Resource Groups and is a strong advocate for mentorship, participating in both internal and external mentorship programs. Gloria’s work was recognized in 2025, when she received Ascend’s A-List Award for her impact within the industry as well as her commitment to the advancement of others.

Gloria has over 30 years of experience in financial services, serving in several senior-level roles including at BNY, where she was Global Head of Custody and Middle Office Operations. Prior to that, Gloria was at Goldman Sachs, where she held several global and regional operational-related leadership roles.

Gloria earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pace University.
