Gleennia Napper joined Deutsche Bank in 2016 advising seven business lines in the Investment Banking division. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Gleennia was the Global, Risk, Ethics & Compliance Officer (Americas) for WSP, Parsons Brinckerhoff and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Before that, she spent six years in education administration as a Resident Director and Director of Multicultural Affairs at St. John’s University, the Dean of Students, Director of Diversity and Public Speaking teacher at The Ethel Walker School, and an English and Acting teacher at the Loomis Chaffee School.

Gleennia is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
