Gianluca Morello

Gianluca Morello is Head of Litigation for Raymond James Financial, Inc. Before joining Raymond James in 2017, Gianluca was in private practice with Clifford Chance and Weil Gotshal & Manges in New York, and most recently with Wiand Guerra King in Tampa, FL. His practice has included defending securities and regulatory, antitrust, and other matters and representing court-appointed receivers. He also served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Steven D. Merryday, former Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Gianluca currently serves on SIFMA’s Arbitration and Litigation Advisory Committees.
