Gerald F. Spada

As AllianceBernstein’s Chief Privacy Officer, Jerry focuses on the privacy of personal information and the confidentiality of institutional information.   He has served as UBS Financial Services’ privacy counsel, designed and built State Street’s global privacy program, and matured other financial service company privacy programs.   Jerry has also assessed, audited, and designed privacy programs across industries while at Deloitte.   He is a lawyer by training.

 

Jerry has earned his law degree from George Washington University, his bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, and several privacy professional certifications.  Jerry has addressed numerous industry conferences, has chaired SIFMA’s privacy committee, and continues to serve on SIFMA’s privacy working group.
