Gareth Colglazier serves as OTC Markets Group’s Director of Issuer Compliance where he oversees the firm’s Surveillance Team and various market integrity functions. In his 15 years at the company, he has developed a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance issues affecting companies in the over-the-counter markets, including SEC Rule 15c2-11 and secondary trading under state blue sky laws. Gareth continues to drive initiatives that enhance OTC Markets’ compliance and data processes and is spearheading the launch of the OTCID Basic Market.
