
Erica Crosland
Erica Crosland is an Associate General Counsel and Head of Regulatory Enforcement and Investigations at Robinhood Markets, Inc. where she leads the team responsible for managing Robinhood’s regulatory enforcement matters and investigations. Prior to joining Robinhood in 2020, Erica was counsel at WilmerHale LLP, where she specialized in defending investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds, investment advisers, accounting firms, corporations, and individuals in internal investigations and securities enforcement matters involving the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, and state attorneys general and securities commissions. Erica is a Dallas native and began her career clerking for the Honorable E. Grady Jolly in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Honorable Robert E. Payne in the Eastern District of Virginia.
Erica received her J.D. from Washington and Lee School of Law, where she won the John W. Davis Prize for Law, and holds a B.A. in Economics & History from Vanderbilt University.
