Prior to co-founding CalcGuard Technologies, Enrico Cacciatore was Senior Quantitative Trader and Head of Market Structure & Trading Analytics at Voya Investment Management, overseeing $95B AUM across global equity and multi-asset strategies. With 20+ years of experience, he has expertise in equity trading, market microstructure, algorithm development, and applying data science to investment processes. At Voya, he authored the Routing Transparency Initiative and founded the firm’s Veterans Council. Enrico has contributed to market structure reform through service on Nasdaq’s Institutional Traders Advisory Council, the Virtu/ITG Analytics Advisory Board, and the Intelligent Tick Working Group, and he is currently a member of Nasdaq’s Quality of Markets Committee and Editor-at-Large at TabbFORUM. He is a West Point graduate and completed graduate studies in Computational Finance at Carnegie Mellon University.
