Ellyn Angelotti Kamke

Ellyn Kamke is an Assistant General Counsel for Raymond James Financial, supporting corporate transactions, intellectual property and privacy.

While at Raymond James, she has led teams responsible for providing legal advice and guidance for procurement, intellectual property, information technology and real estate agreements. Ellyn has previously led legal teams in the SaaS industry and was a General Counsel for a business intelligence company.

Ellyn supports diversity initiatives in the legal industry through the (LCLD) Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Alumni Executive Council, where she serves as co-chair of its Coaching Circle initiative. She is a 2022 LCLD Fellow and was a 2017 LCLD Pathfinder. She was previously Chair of the Board of Trustees for American Stage Theater.

After a decade-long career in the journalism industry, she received her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law where she was also awarded the Judge Raphael Steinhardt award for character and leadership.
