Ellyn Angelotti Kamke

Associate General Counsel, Corporate Transactions and Privacy, Raymond James Financial

Ellyn Kamke is an Associate General Counsel for Raymond James Financial, leading a team that supports privacy, information security, intellectual property and corporate transactions matters for the firm.

She has experience in providing legal advice and guidance for procurement, intellectual property, information technology and real estate agreements. Ellyn has previously led legal teams in the SaaS industry and was a General Counsel for a business intelligence company.

Ellyn supports inclusion initiatives at Raymond James, as the chair of the Legal Associate Experience Committee, and in the legal industry, through the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Alumni Executive Council, where she serves as co-chair of its Alumni Symposium initiative. She is a 2022 LCLD Fellow and was a 2017 LCLD Pathfinder. She was previously Chair of the Board of Trustees for American Stage Theater.

After a decade-long career in the journalism industry, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law where she was also awarded the Judge Raphael Steinhardt award for character and leadership.
