Elizabeth Tucker
Vice President/Senior Compliance Counsel, Stephens Inc.
Elizabeth Tucker is a Vice President of Stephens Inc. and serves as Senior Compliance Counsel, where she acts as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and examinations by the Firm’s regulators. Additionally, she manages the Firm’s policies and written supervisory procedures and is actively involved in the Firm’s internal continuing education training program. Prior to joining Stephens in 2016, Ms. Tucker held positions at Raymond James & Associates, Inc., and in private practice.
Ms. Tucker received her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Linguistics from the University of Mississippi and her J.D. from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and also holds her SIE and Series 7 and 24 licenses.
